It Seems Like Christmas in May in the Art Department!!!  Mrs. V is even giddier than usual (yeah, we know -- hard to imagine, huh???) because of the recent donation of many, MANY art supplies belonging to Connie Sager by Deb Massoth and family.  Quoting Mrs. V:   "We have colors of oil paint that we've never been able to afford!"

Copies of the 8th grade DVD are available from Becki Clouse.

Picture packets are to be turned in to the office if the photos are not being purchased.

Volunteers are needed at the Recycling Center to work 9 a.m. to noon on the new Saturday collection days .  To add your name to the volunteer list, reply to this newsletter or contact Robin Eubank, Harold Kline, or Barb Keltner.  Volunteering does NOT obligate you to EVERY Saturday -- just one Saturday for three hours every few months or so!

Reading incentive for younger students -- If you have a child age 12 or younger, Border has a GREAT reading incentive for him/her for the summer!  Students who read 10 books will be rewarded with a FREE book!  The books do NOT have to come from Borders -- they can be your books, library books, a friend's books, etc.  You can read more about this exciting offer from the flier that will be given to each Grade School student in library class next week or reply to this email to request more info.
